Super fast shipping & communication, the R-22 in a 2 lb bottle is great and keeps our Trane XB-10 three ton heat pump is back in perfect working order, i have no idea when the charge was last checked since we moved into our house in early 2020 it was down just over 1.5 pounds. All systems leak over the years as the seals age & nothing man made is perfect that is left up to the man upstairs. Going to order another bottle soon just to keep a spare, thanks again Ability for the super service!

Way too long to ship.

I purchased the product on the 14th asked for a refund by the 16th because it still hadn’t even shipped. They generated a shipping label on the 17th and acted like there would be a 25% restocking fee. On what planet does it take five days for a product to leave the warehouse. Don’t believe the fake reviews, it shouldn’t take a week to receive a product when you live in the same state.
